Differences between DD brushless motor and BLDC brushless motor

ReleaseTime: 2023-10-27

The difference between DD brushless motor and BLDC brushless motor. Firstly, the full name of DD brushless motor is Direct Drive brushless motor, which means that the directly driven motor eliminates the belt. Compared with traditional brushless motors, DD brushless motor has outstanding advantages such as ultra-low vibration, ultra-quiet, high cleanliness, energy conservation, and long service life, which can comprehensively improve the performance of washing machines. DD brushless motor refers to a DC brushless motor used in washing machines, rather than a typical induction motor. Secondly, BLDC brushless motor is a type of synchronous motor. That is to say, the magnetic field generated by the stator has the same frequency as the magnetic field generated by the rotor. BLDC brushless motors do not encounter the common "differential frequency" problem in induction motors. BLDC brushless motors can be configured as single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase. The number of stator windings corresponds to their type.
