Micro brushless motor is a new type of motor technology, characterized by small size, simplicity, low cost, high efficiency, safety and reliability. It is a type of motor that does not have brushes, but uses electromagnetic force to drive the motion of the rotor. Due to the lack of brushes, its manufacturing cost is much lower than traditional motors.

The difference between DD brushless motor and BLDC brushless motor. Firstly, the full name of DD brushless motor is Direct Drive brushless motor, which means that the directly driven motor eliminates the belt. Compared with traditional brushless motors, DD brushless motor has outstanding advantages such as ultra-low vibration, ultra-quiet, high cleanliness, energy conservation, and long service life, which can comprehensively improve the performance of washing machines. 

Brushless DC motor is composed of the motor body and driver, and it is a typical mechatronics integrated product. Due to the fact that brushless DC motors operate in a self controlled manner, they do not add additional starting windings to the rotor like synchronous motors that start with heavy loads under variable frequency speed regulation. Brushless DC motors also do not experience oscillations and out of step during sudden load changes.
