Recently, brushless motor controllers have been widely used in various fields, and their characteristics such as high efficiency, low noise and reliability are favored. This paper introduces the structure principle and characteristics of brushless motor controller.

Brushless motor is an efficient, low noise, and low maintenance cost motor that has been widely used in various fields in recent years.

Brushless DC motor is composed of the motor body and driver, and it is a typical mechatronics integrated product. Due to the fact that brushless DC motors operate in a self controlled manner, they do not add additional starting windings to the rotor like synchronous motors that start with heavy loads under variable frequency speed regulation. Brushless DC motors also do not experience oscillations and out of step during sudden load changes.
